As a gold I received the 2 cat 1-5 certs offer. Was worried I would get the downgraded offer, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Got the 2 Cat 1-4 offers. Super disappointed...previously got the Cat 1-5 offers. Cat 1-4 is almost useless for me given the recent devaluations.

I'm in almost the same boat. 133 nights bib in 2013 (although not upgraded to premier?) and still no offer when I log in to promos. Just the same old note telling me that I had the 25 nights stayed to get the winter MB.

Am I incorrect in my assessment that between Jan. 15 - Jan. 31, there are no Marriott Rewards promotions available such as the Megabonus ?

No, there is always a time when there isno mega bonus going on, in this case that time period

Platinum here - I did have the 2x cat 5 certs in the fall, but have received nothing for the spring promo at all.

A friend of mine who is Silver also had 2x cat 5 in the fall, and was offered these again this time around.

What gives??!!

I just called and was enrolled in the MegaBonus offer. It should show on the site tomorrow. It took less than three minutes. 1-801-468-4000 (This is the regular number, not the Silver/Gold/Plat number.)

I wish I could get either of the Certs offers.

I got the stay 20 nights offer--I need a lot more than 3 months to hit that. They gave me this offer the last two megabonuses too, but at least they were willing to change it, then.

They know my stay patterns, why would they give me something I'm not going to come anywhere near qualifying for?

If you have not received an offer call. If you do not like your offer call.

If you still have a problem after calling, come here for other suggestions, but complaining here without calling first gets you nowhere.

Because they are trying to change your stay patterns, not simply recognize existing patterns.

See posts #127 and #130. Yes, people have called and gotten the promotion. It is showing when I log into the Marriott site now that I called and registered.

I finally called yesterday. They enrolled me and it showed up today. 35k points after 20 nights. 50k points after 25 nights.

Must be a real glitch. I haven't seen so many people missed.
