I'm still waiting for nights 22-25 to post. I cut it close and the last four nights were Apr 27-May 1. As stated here earlier they were sure that the night of the 30th will count and I did call and verify that prior to my stay. For those of you who successfully requested to change promos, has your bonus posted yet?
I had requested the change by email, and got the reply "I have documented your account with this alternate offer; however, you will not be able to view your progress online. It will continue to track the original one. Approximately two weeks after the end of the promotion, around May 15, 2014, I will manually credit the bonus to your account." Nothing yet. Is it just taking longer than expected, or is it time for a follow-up message? |
Just respond to the email, that's what I did and they took care of it then.

Yes. Switched to 2 certs and they posted a few days after the promo ended with no intervention.

It was not called MB the summer before that either, just the "Summer Bonus"
