How many days after annual fee does the free night cert posts?

How many days after annual fee does the free night cert posts?
I was charged my annual fee on my Marriott visa on Nov/1, but the free Cat5 certificate has not posted. I know it takes a while, but I will not take 6-8 weeks?

Usually will post on your anniversary. Mine posted 10/17, but wasn't charged until 11/1. Your anniversary date may be coming up...
