Why does Marriott only store previous 13 months?
 

Marriott only stores and shows the last 13 months of activity!

Why? Given their inflated room rates, is buying a couple of extra hard drives too much to expect?

Are you looking for total summary or a specific stay?

I have called directly to a hotel to get an invoice for a stay at the hotel that was over 13 months old (as in couple years old). Obviously a pain if you are just looking for multi-stay summary.

And agree, the site should be able to show more than 13 months. If you have a stay in January and need easy access to receipt the next year in April for taxes, there's a problem...
