Anyone stayed there and have a report they can offer? Specifically, I want to know if the hotel has a complimentary car service. Their website seems to indicate that they do, but it's not clear to me.

Does anyone know if this hotels offers fixed rate paid upgrades at check-in?

To answer my own question: It seems they do at a rate of INR 2000 + taxes per night.
