Can't find reservation code
So I made a reservation at the Wailea Marriott next week. The reservation rate is called "Shop and Spa" and I have searched high and low for the rate on website, for future availability with the rate. I've emailed the hotel concierge a couple of times and gotten no response.
I know that one of the items that was included was a 50 minute daily massage and I was hoping that we could swap out or combine one of the massages into another treatment. So my questions are: 1. Has anyone booked this rate and gotten something besides the massage? 2. Any idea how I can find the rate code so I can view the rate rules to see what all is included? Any help would be appreciated. I can't believe I didn't print the rate rules when I made the reservations so it really is on me. |
You should be able to look at existing reservation as it does have rules in it.
