SHS Breakfast Improvements?
 

I am not sure if this is just at the SHS I stay at or it is across the system...

I have not stayed at an SHS since June. This week, I found they have better serving arrangements, better cereals (including Kashi), Greek yogurt, better oatmeal toppins (raisins, craisains, walnuts and almond slices).

^ way to go! Has anyone noticed?

Maybe they're replacing my Jimmy Dean sandwiches with all that healthy stuff!

I guess "improvement" is in the eye or stomach of the beholder!;)

I generally liked the menu change at the SHS where I stayed, but they got rid of the waffle irons. Some days you just want a waffle...ya know...

I've never seen a Jimmy Dean sandwich at a SHS. That's more of a Fairfield thing.

+1 I have only seen them in FFI.

Yeah I wrote in my other thread that I thought I used to see them there, but I could be mistaken.

Also in response to animalj7 I have still been seeing the waffle makers.

I stayed at the SHS in downtown IND a few weeks ago. The CSR made it a point in his welcome pitch to point out that they were offering newer, more healthy options at breakfast. I saw the Kashi and Greek yogurt. But I was still drawn to the scrambled eggs.

Stayed at the SHS in Henderson, Nevada in October. Very nice spread, proteins, fruits, waffle maker, something for everyone and attractive set-up of tables, etc.
