My last set of coupons expired in September. I have a weekend trip planned to a Rennaissance in November. Will there be another set of coupons for Platinum members?

I haven't gotten mine yet.

Please forgive my ignorance, but what coupons are you discussing? I have just made PLT, so I assume the coupons relate to that level?

Most likely, they're talking about the "Elite Exclusive Offers" that are mailed to GLD's and PLT's quarterly. The mailings themselves are at issue since many elites claim not to have received them consistently.

Last fall's EEO's, mentioned here, didn't arrive in many FT'ers mailboxes until well into October.

Thanks for the link. I will tell my wife about the possibility of Marriott coupons coming in the mail while I am away. At least now I am certain the mail will be checked daily...laughing.

It's nearing the end of October and I still haven't received a package. The fall coupons usually expire on Dec 31. Anyone got them yet?

I have only recieved "Elite Exclusive Offers" once and with only two weeks left before expiry. I have contacted Marriott Rewards and got no where. Is this typical for UK elite members?

I haven't got them either, and I've had a 100% success rate since I turned Gold (and Platinum at times) over 3 years ago for getting them.

Wonder if they've been discontinued or something?

I like the 2 for 1 weekend coupons. Also the 2 for 1 meals. The rest I could take or leave.

I contacted them yesterday and was informed that they had begun to send them out "randomly" last week.
So, some people ought to be getting them soon and I am sure they will report that they did so.

Are coupons sent to all Gold & Platinum Members?

To all US members -- in theory, yes -- but that seems not always to occur. I don't have any idea re UK naitonals, but perhaps someone else can chime in?

If you don't receive them within the next 14 days, the CS agent suggested that I call to advise them.

Received mine in todays mail.....the usual coupons with the usual exclusions.....expiration date of December 30 for most of the hotel coupons.

I'm a Silver and got the September expiring batch, but not the latest December expiring batch.

I'm still not clear...are Silver members supposed to get these quarterly too, and I just missed out on my last batch?

Or do Silvers get them less frequently than Golds and Plats?

My arrived the middle of November. This is the second time I have had the EEO booklet in 3 years, so UK members should get the offers.

Exclusive Offers are listed for Platinum and Gold members and not for Silver members. I don't receive anything other than these paper voucher so I assume that these paper voucher are meant with "Exclusive Offers". I'm far from being 100% sure though.
