I reecntly used a June two night certificate in FL and they credited all my nights for the stay. They just deducted the cost and tax for one night on the bill. Not sure if tis was a mistake or a new process.

My own experience is that my on-line MR account shows all stays, including free night and free weekend certificate stays.
This can be confusing because there are sometimes also errors in the total nights stayed. And it's not always easy to remember at the end of a year when I used a certificate.
I suggested to the Gold Member line that a column be added to the on-line account showing the number of nights credited.
Does that strike people as useful? Socrates, does it strike you as doable?

Any suggestions on how to/who to pass the idea on to maximize the possibility of getting it implemented? I have little faith in the Gold Member line - the woman I spoke to told me she was relatively new and didn't understand how things worked very well.
