Concierge Lounges Open on Weekends

I though it would be interetsing to develop a list of Marriotts and Renaissances which have Concierge Lounges OPEN on weekends.

If you happen to know the specific hours, please feel free to post.

Thanks.

This is relatively easy to determine oneself, for when you are booking a hotel that might have such a lounge, just go to the room rate that offers a concierge floor room and read the rate rules -- if the lounge is closed, it will say so, and also tell you the hours it is open.

If on the other hand, it is open, it will not mention any closure and it will, I believe, state the hours the lounge is open.

Yes - Jump, I realize this. The idea was to build a consolidated list and maintain on this site so that everyone could view the complete list at a glance.

The Marriott Inner Harbor in Baltimore told me the lounge is opne weekends "during the busy season" - essentially when the kids are out of school.

Also the Renaissance Parc 55 in SFO - believe also summer months only.

JW Buckhead in Atlanta, Downtown Marriott in Denver. I'll post later if any others come to mind.

If the rate rules do not mention hours of operation for a concierge level room, am I to assume that the lounge is open or closed?

Example: booking for Minneapolis City Center Marriott, Fri Oct 3 - Sun Oct 5 - rate rules on concierge room do not mention hours.

Or do I have to call the hotel directly?

Even if you call the hotel, you won't necessarily get accurate information. Some hotels open the lounge on certain weekends but not others. Some don't know until a few days beforehand what they will do. This inconsistency is not my favorite feature of Marriotts!

If I book a concierge level room for the Minneapolis City Center Marriott 3oct-5oct it does tell me the lounge is closed on all weekends & holidays (it's actually showing up in the room pool description & rate program description instead of the rate facts information)

Just remember there are 2 RI's downtown, 1 a block south from the Marriott another about 5 blocks north which has a waterpark built in but is further away from the heart of downtown.
