Comp Status?
 

I am short by 7 nights in renewing my Platinum status with Marriott. When I look at my statement on-line it still states that I'm Platinum. What are the chances of Marriott giving me Platinum in 2003 automatically?

Have you called them? What did they say?

I was short 4 nights for Gold.I called and asked if Marriott would give consideration to comping me as I was within 10% of my goal.They did comp me to Gold. Ishould see this change by next week.I had called yesterday.
My only comment to you is, If you do not ask,you will probably not get the comp.
