No show - charge/points
I have recently been charged for a hotel stay I did not cancel. I have been advised by hotel reservations that they cannot provide an invoice for the amount debited from my AE card and that although I paid the full amount for the nights stay, no MR points nor a night credit will be entered to my rewards account. Is this normal?
