How Long to Receive Reward Certificate?

i wanted to know everyone's experience in how long it took to receive a reward certificate after ordering it.

according to the website, it can take between 10 and 14 business days.

i once got it in 3 business days....do they come usually that quickly often???

My expeiences have been that the certifs are received within 4 to 5 business days.

my experience is that they come rather quickly. if you have a problem, you can always call the marriott help desk and they will get you an answer. For the occassional time that it did not come quickly, they faxed me a confirmation as soon as I asked for one.

Mine have never taken more than 4 days. And when I have received airline miles along with an award, they have usually been posted the next day.

The same in Europe: 4-5 days. Vouchers are mailed from Great Britain.
