Help redeeming 125K Marriott rewards points @ vacation club
Has anyone ever successfully redeemed their Marriott Rewards points for a vacation club week? I have tried Marriott's internet site for availability every week from now until March 2003 and I get one of two messages
"No rooms available for requested dates"
"Date beyond inventory period"
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated at this point.

Call the Marriott Vacation Club rental line. 1-800-VILLAS9
I am a MVCI owner and was able to identify a 5 day stay in Kauai during Thanksgiving for 100,000 points. Be patient but persistent.

Is it possible to book a Vacation Club Reward in Kauai?
I called the platinum desk last night attempting to book a vacation club reward for 7 nights at either of the Kauai Vacation Club Resorts. The agent I spoke with said there is no availability at either location in Kauai from now until the end of July 2009. If that is the case then why do they advertise these rewards on their website? Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can go about booking one of these rewards? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
