Most Luxurious Properties

I am looking for recommendations on the most luxurious properties that accept Reward awards:

1) In North America
2) In Europe

Have decided it is time to stop hoarding and start using points.

Thanks.

(I also have a topic with the identical title under Hilton asking for recommendations on best places that take HH awards. So if you have any ideas, please post them under Hilton. Thanks.)

Paris Marriott is very nice and extremely difficult to book for award stay. Good luck and enjoy.

For Europe, I have to give the nod to the property I'm at now: the London Renaissance Chancery Court. The Paris Marriott is in a great location and is very nice (with great service). However, in terms of luxe, this place is excellent.

We love the Marriott County Hall. It has been recommended MANY times here as the best/most convenient London property. If you do a search you will see.

Will second the County Hall Marriott for Europe.

For N. America, the Marriott Camelback Resort.

The new Marriott County Hall in London is getting fine reviews. Ask for a river view.

We stayed at the Rome Marriott in October. The hotel is small, but lovely. Great staff. The location being right on the via Veneto is the best as we could walk to the Trevi fountain, the Borghese gardens and other sites easily.

I also vote for the Renaissance Chauncery Court in London. Very stylish yet modern property.

Renaissance Chancery Court is a fabulous property. You can't go wrong with this property.

AMEN! I love this place and I have stayed EVERYWHERE in London.

Great rooms, great staff, great food, great experience.

This is now my hotel of choice whenever I am in London.

The JW Marriott Ihilani at Ko Olina, Oahu deserves a mention here, I think. Definitely get an upgrade to the deluxe suites for a beautiful ocean view.

Don't forget that Marriott rewards can also be used at Ritz Carlton hotels.

Thanks for the excellent suggestions.

I have enough points for about 4 one-week stays, so keep the recommendations coming.

Yes, but isn't just some RC properties, rather than all?

And wow, the cost in points is VERY high, no? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
