I know that the 9-11 attack was a factor in the cancellation of the Marriott Flyertalk.

Does anyone know if this is going to be rescheduled or is it gone for good http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

I have no idea - I will say that I think Marriott has done a very poor job, to say the least, in monitoring this board.

Too bad, I (and I know others) had some questions that I would have liked answered.

Maybe they where afraid of the questions????

I think it is the mgmt who is the problem - I have found the telephone reservation folks great - but the customer service and mgmt are the real problem - they do not care and that trickles down.

I would really like to have this chat.

I am going to post in "Only Randy Peterson" asking the status or if it was cancelled, if he would reschedule it.

I would like to hear them explain why they continue to allienate their best customers with dimished reward programs and weak privledges for platinum members.

I'm with ya, I want to chat with them as well, sorry for not bringing it to the top more often, I just don't have any faith in Marriott regarding getting someone like Adam Burke of Hilton or William the Starwood Lurker.. or even getting someone to answer our questions on a one time chat.. but heres to hoping...
