Rewards Acct Info on Web Not updated
I find that if I check my Rewards account on the web site, it is not as current as when I call the 800 line for my point balance. For example, today I called and found that several items had been posted. I looked at the web site and the balance that has been there for the last two weeks was still there with no new activity. I find this troubling and not very useful.

Another issue I have - when there is a problem with points posted or not posted on Hilton, I call and they fix it for me right on the phone - hang up, go to web site, and the fix is already there. With Marriott, they seem to do nothing on the phone - it's always "fax the documents and we'll fix it." I wait weeks after faxing and no fix. This is very frustrating. |
