Just noticed this cool feature on marriott which is a live chat system


Has that always been there or is it in fact 'new'?

I doubt always, but it has been around for some time.
I have used it and found it very helpful, especially as you can get an email detailing the chat when finished.
I am not sure as I can always find it though, the times I have used it have been when I have received a pop-up prompt.

It was there for a while, tried it once and got my ressie cancelled that I couldn't do it online.

I know this is an old thread, but I recently discovered this forum, thanks to Google, and wanted to say thanks for the chat link. I had a chat session earlier and couldn't figure out how to get back there. The link still works, and I am bookmarking it! ha ha!

I just tried it and it never went through. Screen kept displaying 'One moment please'. Wondering if anyone know if this will work during the day or if there even is still an option for chat on the Marriott website.

When I clicked on the link posted unitedswamp's post from 2012, it worked for me just now. i was connected to a representative within about 3 seconds or less

Works for me but only if I'm logged in at marriott.com first.

unitedswamp's link just worked for me (without logging in to marriott.com) while traveling in Brazil, helped me solve a problem without wasting $$ on phonecalls to Marriott.

When i try to open in my browser it always shows me associate not available.

if it is another link please post it.

Maybe they're only available M-F?
