I know this is an overall trend with paper statements... Today I received my Marriott Rewards account statement. On top of it, a message in Japanese which tells me to go to marriottrewards.com and click on the Freddy Awards icon to vote! Well, this info is at least new compared to the activity summary which mentions about a stay in September 2000... And the first page of the Marriott Rewards newspaper is for a discount at Marriott Nagoya from now till... March 31, 20001. Such a waste of time and energy and money. For them and for me.
