Does Marriott have any hotels in Ireland or any plans to open any?

No Marriott's that I have seen (unless some of the future Swallows conversions are in Ireland), but you can redeem points to stay at the Concorde hotel in Ireland.

Thanks. I didn't know about that.

Turns out that Concorde has one hotel in Ireland, 30 miles from Cork. Marriott has an award that can be used there, but only one award. It costs 37000 points per night. That's too steep for me. (The cash price for a double is not more than about $200 U.S. per night, which is probably cheaper than using points, depending on how you value them.)

Anyway, thanks for the information.

Bruce
