I was told that if an AT&T customer didn't check a box on a recent billing statement(Ithink they said August) requesting monthly billing of long distance charges, that all long distance calls would be billed in 3 month increments. The calls would not be forwarded to Marriott until you were billed for the calls, hence no points reported. I thought that this was so underhanded on AT&T's part that I switched companies and stopped all future telecomunications and mail solicitation from them.
