How long does it take these people to post a credit? [That was retoric please don't answer].

They have the crummiest on-line account facility they can manage, you can never get through on the 'phone, and they have no telephone balance facility.

I really like the Marriott program and their properties. In fact, I have only one problem with them, and it is the one you mentioned: WHY can't they post the points in a timely manner?

Maybe someone from Marriott is reading this board -- I checked my online account (mine is through Bizmiles -- I am not sure if it is the same if you go through the MarriottRewards site) and my trip from 4/1 has been posted (granted I only noticed it today since I checked but at least it was there...)
