Marriott Points or Cash Back?
 

Hi all,

I have one of the AMEX cards that offers 5% cash back on all Courtyard stays.

I've been thinking for a while, and am still trying to figure out what card to use at Courtyards...either my AMEX with 5% cash back, or my Chase MR card with 5x points per dollar spent. I keep going back and forth trying to decide.

For example, if you stay a few nights and spend $500, would you rather have the $25 or the 2500 additional MR points from using the MR card?

All opinions appreciated.
