LNF rate denied for me approved for Mom

LNF rate denied for me approved for Mom
I am confused. This is the first time I have used the LNF guarantee. I booked my room, submitted the form and got back a denial email.
Did the same for my Mom's room about 5 minutes later and she was approved.
What gives. Should I resubmit form?

They re-examined claim and approved it! YEA Original was $89 and LNF rate is $49

Do you get credit for the stay
I know you don't usually get points for the LNF stay, but do you get credit for the stay ?

You are entitled to both points and nights credit stay for LNF claims. They post just like any other rate would.
