Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel at Capital Hill

Hello All,

I apologize in advance if this information is available, I tried to search but couldn't find a thread on this property. I am brand new to Marriott Rewards, but was comped Gold Elite Status. I am looking to make reservations at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel at Capital Hill for an upcoming golf trip. My question is, does this property have a lounge? Also, if it doesn't have a lounge or it is closed on weekends, will Marriott give breakfast vouchers for Gold Elites? The rate difference is $109 lowest available or $119 with breakfast. I don't mind paying the extra $10, but I wanted to make sure breakfast wasn't complimentary first before I booked. Thanks, I look forward to becoming an active member on the Marriott board!

No lounge, but they do give coupons Mon-Fri - you might try giving them a call about weekend availability. In any case, you'll be able to report back after your stay for the Master Thread :)

Prepare to be stuffed!

I stayed at this property last month, and Everydog's comment about the coupons is correct. I stayed midweek, so I can't answer about weekend availability.

BUT -- the real reason for my post is that the breakfast I received at this property was THE biggest hotel breakfast I've ever been served. My hostess said that the coupon was good for anything on the menu. I ordered the "All American" and was presented with a huge platter. Probably the only time I couldn't clean my plate (and I can really put it away!).

Anyway, I found it to be a great property, with enthusiastic service. Enjoy!

(To Mod: if this should be posted on the Master Thread instead, please feel free, and please forgive me for any misstep here.)
