Does this give you the impression that is a ONE TIME bonus? Or that it applies to EACH stay made under these conditions and completed before 2/28?

I received the 5000 points on my first stay but not my second.

It reads: 'Reserve your stay' and not 'Reserve your stays'. I agree it should probably read 'this is a one-time bonus', but I guess I would have assumed it's one-time after reading this. It certainly leaves room for interpretation and calling MR will probably get you the 5k points for the 2nd stay, but not the remaining 8.

That sure sounds like multiple stays to me.

I read it as 5k one-time, mainly as these offers always state "per stay" if it is a per stay bonus (though you have no way of knowing this as a "typical" customer) - and also as the top headline says "receive great rates and 5,000 Bonus Points!" - so no "per stay" here either, or "up to XXk points". You can however try and dispute it and may have some success as it could have been worded more clearly.

I spoke with the property management and it IS 5000 points per stay!

I absolutely love this hotel! Enjoy if you stay there and be sure to check out the ballroom. A lot of history in that hotel!
