Sorry to hear that. Sounds like a failure on Marriott's part, not BC's. Hopefully Marriott has straightened out any problems (if it was something caused by them) from six months ago. It's a good sign that nights are posting for a lot of people now (albeit with longer than ideal delays).

I'll update my question: Has anyone had a stay that was *both* purchased through a BC link *and* completed at least 45 days (but not more than 120 days) ago not post yet?

bump.... any new Marriott postings to your Big Crumbs account? With last year's 10% bonus on GC up to $10,000, there is a $400 paypal bonus out there for those that went all out buying marriott gift cards through big crumbs.

The whole My Account page on BigCrumbs confuses me. It shows that I have two lifetime referrals. I know I only have one. Unless somehow two people clicked on my link in the conga line. Don't know how that would have happened as it showed only one referral for a while and then one in the past month (December) and two lifetime. I only signed up in December. So at that time if I had one in the past month I could only have one lifetime.

Now it shows Lifetime Activity of $5.46. I bought $100 in Marriott GC and booked two stays that we have not stayed on yet. It is possible that my referral made a purchase of something though. No payment to PayPal and the current Cash Back on my account still shows $0.00. I don't get it.

Just saw that, too. Moving my Marriott cash back to Cashbaq 2% instead, which has been reliable and quick for me in the past. Big Crumbs *did* post all of my Marriott stays, but I'm still waiting on them for the gift card purchases I made in December. I have a feeling they will eventually post, but I'm guessing that BC ran into hassles with Marriott on the gift card purchases and just decided to stop using them as a partner as a result (at least for now).

I too have just discovered that Marriott has quit Bigcrumbs. I got BC credit for my Marriott stay in Nov. but not my GC purchases end of Dec.
I had 3 Marriott stays during Boxing Week, one discounted walk-in rate & 2 others thru Via Preference e-boutique. I got my VIA points on Feb. 17.
BTW, Quidco now offers 7.25% cashback on Marriott, but one needs a British bank account to collect it!

Looked on BigCrumbs today and I see that my Cash Back has posted to my account.

I made my giftcard purchase at the very end of December.

No ticket submitted here and it looks like our cash has posted to Big Crumbs. Not really sure when it happened. Must have had some referrals post also because what was posted doesn't correlate to the Marriott gift card we bought.

Is there a link to BigCrumbs where one can submit a ticket? Or any way to contact them via email?

I still have not gotten my Big Crumbs from my $2,500 gift card purchase but I did receive $35 for a recent $880 Marriott stay.
