bigcrumbs??

Well i noticed on www.bigcrumbs.com that you get 4% cashback for booking rooms via clicking their link to the marriott website. Is there any downside for using them? Would your rates be higher or it doesnt apply to deals/hotel specials? I noticed that after i signed up and clicked on the marriott link at their website everytime i go to the marriott website there is always a big crumbs logo on the address bar now.

When you say "works most of the time" so then there are cases where it won't work? IF there is no downside then i'm supprised why aint everyone using it then?
