Did anyone see anything different than this promotion that you could switch to starting back on June 1? I was wondering if after I maxed out my Delta Skymiles Promotion, if you could call Marriott and Switch to a promo that would earn you MORE than 30K in points for say 20 nights......

Here's all you have to do to begin earning your 30,000 bonus points plus a Hertz car rental discount:

•Stay at any of the more than 3,200 participating Marriott® hotels between June 1 and August 31, 2010.
•Earn 20,000 bonus points after 15 paid nights and an additional 10,000 bonus points after 20 paid nights - for a total of up to 30,000 bonus points + up to $50 off a Hertz car rental

I got the stay 20, get 25,000 points, stay 25 get 40,000.

As far as I am aware, that is the maximum on the global promo.

There is a sticky at the top of this board with info for PLT's and PP's to optimise these bonuses, so you could have a quick look there, but I'm sure 40k over 25 nights is the max.

You can certainly switch from the Delta to the global promo, just change your earning preference back to MR points and register...
