Marriott did acknowledge the mistake by giving 10 free elite nights if you combine that with the 15 from the credit card and your rollover nights of 24 or more that puts you 49 or more free nights. If I stay one night then I make gold for this year and next year once I get my 15 cc nights. While I was upset the 10 additional nights guarantee me making gold next year with a chance for platinum because of the two new promotions. First stay three times from March 1 - May 30 and get 10 elite nights and a free elite night for every 3,000 spent on the Marriott Reward credit card. Based on all of this I will have 67 free nights this year and expect to have over 8 nights booked. I expect to go to platinum with staying only 10 real nights this year.
