You can pass on housekeeping any day, for up to 3 consecutive days at a time for up to 5,000 bonus points per continuous stay.
Available when you stay 2 or more nights at participating Renaissance, Marriott, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, and SpringHill Suites hotels in the U.S. and Canada. Generally the hotel will not access the room on opted out days, but reserves the right to do so. Please note that hotels will be implementing this new benefit throughout 2016.

My guess (and it's only that) is that cleaning service waiver points can be earned on award stays, just like you can earn the 500pts PAG on award stays.

Dallas, TX - Marriott City Center. It says 'up to 3 days', but I've gotten them for entire stays of 5 days as well. 500 point per night.

I don't know if this thread covers Courtyards but the Courtyard Dallas - Richardson (TX) offers 250 points a day for up to 3 days to not use housekeeping.

Long time lurker here. First time posting. I was at the CY Lansdale PA (actually in Kulpsville, PA outside of Philly) last week and they offered the 250/night (max 3 nights) for declining the cleaning. Hadn't seen any other CY's do this, but I would love if more properties do. Easy 250+ pts per night with zero effort
