NYC Rate Help

I will be going to New York July 2-5, I wanted to stay at Ren Times Square or Marquis Times Square. The best rate I can come up with is at the Ren for a non-refundable, non-modifyable rate of $222. Is there any promotions/codes I can try that would reduce my rate, I have to get two room and every Dollar I save is multiplied by two. Thanks

If you haven't already done so, you could try working your way through all of the codes posted on the sticky at the top of the board:

Publicly Usable List of Marriott Reservation Codes

$222 is a GREAT rate for NYC -- TAKE IT!

No codes/offers or anything else will do you better. Especially during a holiday.

You could save money by staying at EWR or someplace else.

Absolutely agree. $222 is great in NYC on 4th of July weekend at either of those hotels.

If money is your biggest concern, book the Fairfield Inn Times Square at $179 advance purchase.

Hope that helps.

NYC

Hi there.

I don't know if Renaissance Hotel 57 is any good for you but I think there is a way to get a rate of around $185 using the Look No Further guarantee. PM me if you want details.

I was going to suggest the Renaissance 57 because they took EEO certs last summer and MAY still take them this year.....if so, this might help the OP stick to his budget. Just be aware that the Renaissance 57 is on the east side and not terribly convenient to the Times Square area.

I know this is late for this post but i just booked the NYC marquis times square thru pricelines bid for 170/night for may. Might be worth it to give that a try.

THanks, but a little late, I had to commit to the non-refundable rate. I din't want to wait and end up without a room.

The Renaissance TS is a great hotel, read my review, http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserR...New_York.html# :)
