I also haven't received an email yet but I have been pre-registered for the following:

Earn 35K bonus on 15 paid nights. Earn an additional 15K bonus on the next 5 paid nights. So 50K for 20 nights. Easy for me :)

Earn up to 50,000 bonus points with Marriott Rewards® MegaBonusSM from February 1 through April 30, 2010.

See Details
With MegaBonus, it’s easier to get to where you long to be. Points add up faster than you can imagine and take you as far as your imagination will allow. Here's how:

Register by March 31, 2010.
Stay at over 3,100 participating Marriott® hotels from February 1 through April 30, 2010.
Earn 35,000 MegaBonus points when you stay a total of 20 paid nights, plus an additional 15,000 MegaBonus points when you stay a total of 25 paid nights.

laughing here....was going to add a 0 to all the numbers to make it look like 500,000 MegaBonus points could be earned after earning 350,000 for 20 nights and additional 150,000 when staying a total of 25 paid nights. But, it is too close to Christmas to be messing with anyone's mind. :D

Called MR (801-468-4000) and after entering my MR number, went to "Promotions" and it was the first promotion listed, I got 2,500 points/stay starting with my second stay (same as my current Visa MegaBonus). Still doesn't show up on the website.

Pending the details of the Q1 HH promo, I think I'll take 1 free night after 4 stays with their promo over 10,000 MR points.

Silver here too with 23 nights in 2009 at a JW property (which is a higher nightly rate) and the Megabonus offer was triple miles:

Earn Triple Miles with Marriott Rewards® MegaMiles for every stay you make — beginning with your second stay — from February 1 through April 30, 2010.

Just called and was switched from the 35K bonus to the 60K bonus.

Plat with 93 nights. I never received the email, and for the longest time didn't see anything in Promotion Central.

The 35+15 deal just showed up.

I may call and switch...

I was offered the 5k/2 stays promo (I'm very new to Marriott).

When should I call up to switch to the 30nights/60k points promo? Before or After I register for the 2010 MegaBonus promo currently offered?

I also had them manually switch promos for the 2009 MegaBonus, so maybe I should wait until that wraps and and is properly adjusted...

Has anyone see the frequent-flyer point option for this year's mega-bonus. Last year they offered 1 Southwest point / stay (which was enough for me to temporarily switch from getting points to miles). Any word of a similar offer this year?

A colleague of mine with no MR history received this intriguing offer:

Marriott Rewards® members who register for this promotion will earn one Free Night Certificate at a category 1 through 4 hotel, after two paid stays between February 1, 2010, and April 30, 2010, at participating Marriott® properties.
The free night cert must be used by 8/31.

What I am wondering is whether you receive a free night for every 2 stays, or only your first two. Given that the T&Cs use the singular form and this promo is targeted to someone with no history, I'm guessing the latter, but it is not explicitly stated.

If it can be earned every two stays, this could be the best deal, depending on how you use your points. If you have 8+ stays and know that you are going to redeem at least 4 nights at cat4s, this beats out the 60k point promotion.

Any thoughts on this?

And we wonder why the country has gone word-parsing crazy. :D :D :D

I received this offer last year. It's a one-shot, one free night deal.

Are you traveling the same amount starting in February? The nights you stay in January don't count, as the promotion starts Feb 1.
