This is worked out between the property, the brand, and the Starwood regional authorities before the property opens. If they want to change their designation after that, then the same three entities must agree.

Can this "special condition" be moved to lower right corner of the front (main) page of the property? I totally missed that on the special conditions page.
You gave me bad info , here are some more pics for your enjoyment :

Thanks for the pics. I must say all that was missing in those pictures was the 70's shag carpet! Those pictures scream tacky New Jersey 70's decor. I'm so confused by the decor in this place.

Well at least hopefully we will get some update on this W being a resort or not, and what they consider a Select Standard Suite.

I glanced through the site, but can't find anything on parking. Anyone know offhand the costs? Trying to sort out if it's going to cost more to park than to rent the car.....

Thanks!

Will be staying here Labor Day weekend. Looking forward to my first trip to a W hotel, and my first trip to Miami! Going with my parents so hoping for a suite! From what I hear, they do not have any rooms with 2 beds, only rooms with King sized beds and a pull our sofa... Will see how it goes!

You might book two rooms or you may be sharing a bed with your parents if you do not get an upgrade. Reminds me of that scene on Willy Wonka!
