The Grande Room category is the entry-level category for rooms that have been refurbished. They are located from the 10th-16th floor.

Premier Rooms are refurbished rooms located between the 17th-24th floor. This room category is inclusive of breakfast and internet.

Grande Deluxe Rooms have been renovated, located from the 30th-33rd floor inclusive of benefits such as complimentary daily cocktails between 18.00-20.00 hours, breakfast, butler service, 2 pieces of washing/pressing service per day, internet access and unlimited city calls.

SPG Platinum guests will be upgraded to Grande Deluxe Rooms with benefits. Platinum guests will be prioritized to our refurbished rooms inclusive of Grande Deluxe benefits should there be availability.

Allow me to clarify on the Grande Deluxe benefits. These are the same as for SPG Platinum guests and are entitled to the followings.
• Daily buffet breakfast at Orchid Café or The Sala on weekends only
• Complimentary High Speed Internet Access and wireless in-room/public areas (bandwidth up to 60 MB)
• Complimentary standard drinks at The Living Room, The Sala and Barsu from 06:00-08:00 PM daily
• Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea (non-alcoholic beverage) at the Library / Living Room only
• 2 pieces washing/pressing service per day
• 24-hour butler service
• Free local calls

As you may know, the hotel does not have an Executive Club Lounge, but our Library and Living Room area is considered as the residents’ lounge during day time and hence the usual Executive Lounge benefits are available there during the day time.
