I'm not sure, but I don't think they have the see thru floor panel either.

I was monitoring the prices for a while before I booked ours using Marriott Bonvoy points.
I saw the rate too, but only for very few dates in July.
May it was a mistake (something like the reimbursement rate from Marriott for Point bookings).

July 2019 or July 2020?

If July 2020 I would have booked right away at that price. I am not targeting this property in BB (prefer StR or Conrad) but at that price I would stay no matter what.

If July 2019 then I guess not a lot of people will make last minute plans like that, but if so then you have gotten yourself a great deal! ^

July 2019. The cheap dates were over 7 days out. I would have cancelled my Thalasso points booking and gone there instead for that rate. But we will only go in September.
Is it possible to change a points booking to a cash booking within the 30 days no refund window?

Has anyone been able to reach the property? Every time I call during normal business hours it rings and rings and rings.

I made an one night reservation using 60K points for next June and was charged 57000 XPF deposit.. I was quite shocked. But anyhow, if I cancel, can I just cancel online or do I have to call Marriott Rewards? Will the refund just automatically issued after the reservation is cancelled?

I have the same night reserved at Conrad where no deposit was charged. I am thinking just sticked with Conrad since I have 6 nights after that.. Additional transportation cost between LM and Conrad might not be worth the 1night at LM.

Is it legal to take such a high cash deposit for a points booking? I don't know of any other hotel that does that.

Do they allow kids in the OWBs? I have booked an OWB for next year on points for only 2 adults. But now I think we can take our kid as well for the trip. Do I need to rebook?

When booking standard OWB, do SNAs get a premium OWB or something else?

Also, if I can redeem points for a stay of X consecutive nights, but when I try to check for X-1 nights within the same date span the website tells me that they are not taking redemption bookings, is that a Bonvoy issue or hotel's fault?

Anyone know how long it takes the hotel to issue the refund for the $500+ deposit they charged? I decided to cancel my one night booking for June.

I did a few honeymoon redemption searches for kicks and also received the message that this property is not taking redemption bookings at this time.
