Found it!
It was 3rd from the bottom on my Offers list! (Can't figure out how to post a screenshot.)
Highly unlikely that I'll spend $25K, but you never know.
Thank you!

Not seeing it either in a banner at top or in my Amex offers (website or app). Maybe still getting rolled out. If it doesn't show up in a couple of days I'll reach out to Amex (I meet the qualifications, old Amex SPG personal I have held for years).

If you don’t hit he $12k spend and don’t need a no international fee card then the citi double cash back is excellent. My sister has that one.

A break even number is $11,800 per year. See Zorak’s better math below.

Close, yes, but it's not rocket science, folks, computing the exact amount between these two alternatives is pretty simple:
x*0.025 - 59 = x*0.02
x*(0.025-0.02) = 59
x = 59 / 0.005
x = 11800
And here we thought we would never need algebra again
(Showing my work for completeness but it's not much of a leap to start directly on the third line)
x*0.025 - 59 = x*0.02
x*(0.025-0.02) = 59
x = 59 / 0.005
x = 11800

I'd like to downgrade my SPG (now Amex Bonvoy) to a no annual fee card. Am I right in thinking there is no Amex Bonvoy product without an annual fee?
Can I in that case downgrade to e.g. the Amex Blue Cash? Am I right in thinking that's the card I'll least regret downgrading to (i.e. the one least likely to have an interesting signup bonus that I won't be eligible for because I downgraded to it).
