Can anyone tell me where on the Bonvoy app I’d see my free night? It’s possible mine just hasn’t hit yet and that’s why I can’t find it.

Thanks. I don’t have a “Certificates” option so maybe just hasn’t posted yet. I need to check my anniversary date. On this thread looks like these free nights are taking a very long time to post. Has anyone had success expediting it for an upcoming stay?

Does anyone know how soon the $300 credit will hit your account after renewing the card? My anniversary was two weeks ago and had a Marriott stay this week. Guess I’ll find out in a few days but curious if the credit gets applied immediately or if you need to wait a certain amount of days after renewing.

The credit is applied immediately after the stay within the billing cycle.

Gary Leff is claiming Amex is coming out with a new bonus tier through the end of 2019 that will allow us to recapture the 3x points we used to enjoy. https://viewfromthewing.boardingarea...rriott-points/ Guess we have to wait until Sunday to see if this is true. But if it is, Amex becomes my primary card again at least for the first $25k tier.

Cashback for me now.
I canceled the card yesterday (business version). Not even a hint of a retention offer was presented.

Still Marriott exploits odd dollars less than 25K to even match with legacy SPG AMEX And obviously the Bonvoy point has lost its value. I won't use that expect payment to Marriott, which is also much less than my historical usage. This Bonvoy degrade cannot be relieved. Sorry for AMEX but sadly this card is no more one of the best travel cards anymore.
