Don't know whether mistake or not, but my email is the same as above (4 and 10 with two cards pictured). I have both cards. But, like others, I actually received 8 stays and 20 nights.

My wife, on the other hand, only has one card and her email is below (2 and 5 with one card pictured). Her account shows 4 stays and 10 nights.

Curious if anyone has suggestions. I used my SPG Amex at an Autograph Collection (Artisan in Bogota) property. Amex did not pick it up as a Marriott property, so I didn't get the 2x points, and Amex is insisting there is nothing they can do about it. Any suggestions? (When Chase doesn't pick up the eligible stay automatically, I've never had a problem getting them to adjust it.)

The "controller" in me hates the way SPG makes corrections. The nights/stays just disappeared as if they never existed instead of leaving the mistake and correcting it by showing the removal.

I almost posted the exact same thing this morning- it has always been a pet peeve of mine. Other reward programs (British Air for instance) show each transaction.

Yikes. I have the same problem for a recent stay at the Milan Marriott where I spent several hundred bucks, and I'm not optimistic of the outcome when I contact them.

I've sent an email to SPG and will keep apprised. It seems like this is something that really should be straightened out with the merger. No reason Amex can't manually credit the points like Chase does.

You might want to contact Starwood Lurker. There was an issue years ago I had with the Westin Chosun Seoul where I would never get the SPG Amex bonus 1 pt per USD because Amex wasnt regoznizing the charge as from a Starwood property (likely bc showed as Shinsegae Chosun Hotel on bill) and William intervened and was able to get the points and the property flagged as an SPG property. Havent had issues getting my Amex bonus points at that property for years thanks to William's help.
