Best offer for both cards is 25k points, correct?
One other thing to think about, if this is important to you, Biz card will not show up on your credit report. Also, with the biz card, if you don't already have status through Marriott, you get SPG Gold after $30k spending per year. (I believe this is biz only). Also note that the Club Lounge access is only applicable to Sheraton brand.

Tried booking two different refundable rates and got a 25k offer on the SPG site, so YMMV on that one.

Both personal and business cards (USA) have this benefit, although it is often not mentioned in marketing offers.

I couldn't remember. I did a quick search and only saw it on the biz card details. I went to look at the wiki but then got distracted. It is stated up there too.

Strange would be if they aren't posted by February 15th.

Something tells me it won't take that long, however.

Does anyone know who is ultimately responsible for Amex SPG points posting? Amex or SPG?

I just spent a frustrating 30 minutes on the phone- first with Amex Open, who insists they sent all the points per my statement and that any discrepancies must be addressed through SPG- and then with SPG Customer Care who insists that I must go through Amex.

It's only 1600 points or so. I typically don't check each month, I just happened to notice that the December amounts didn't match. Now I feel obligated to go back and compare the last year to make sure everything posted properly.

Can I verify this is for the SPG AMEX Business card? I don't think those points have been awarded for December use as yet.

Yes- Amex Biz. (My personal (Consumer) points posted correctly)

My Open points usually post around the 17-19th each month. (10/18 11/17 12/19 etc) On 12/19 the base points posted but not the bonus points. Amex said they sent the correct totals to SPG.

Both Amex and SPG pointed proverbial fingers at each other

Per usual, there is probably some logical explanation, but I want to be sure since it's a fair amount of points.

Thank you !

Just curious if anyone has received their night/stay credits yet for 2017? It's definitely taking longer than past years.

(Nevermind, I just saw William's post above).
