The publicly available codes on this thread are working as far as we know. Please note that not every code will work for every property worldwide.
The best thing to do, rather than just posting "I'm staying at (fill in the blank)/does anyone have a code", is to try all the codes first. As such, this thread is not for "cheaper rate" requests.
Note that It's highly unlikely that FTers will find a code that isn't already listed based on a one-off request.
If the code is available at the property, it will show that/rate. If it's isn't available, it will let you know that. Please note that if if one (or more) code is available, only you can determine if the cost savings fits with your budget. If it does, great. If not, you might want to try and see if the property has a local promotion going or if you can use LNF (Look No Further/Best Rate Guarantee) for a better rate. Also note that sometimes a publicly available code may show a higher rate than just a regular booking. Not always, but sometimes.

Try them all (which you say you did), one of them "should" provide you some sort of discount (and you got NO discount whatsoever?). Whether that is enough of a discount for you, that is something that only you know
try another chain if its not in your price range too.
Finally, I'll add call the hotel and ask for any type of special rate that might help you out. You know what the best rate that you can get is, so if they can beat that, then you are in business

Well you may not have tried the right rates, some corporate rates are LRA, so if there is one room available, that corp rate should take

The times I have "negociated" rates with a hotel the rate has always still received points. So I'm not sure what it it would take to get a rate that didn't include points.

But how low have you gotten rates negotiated? To 1/2 of the BAR? 1/3 of it*? (I've gotten LNFed down that low. I'd love to be able to negotiate a points-earning rate that low without LNFing, but I have my doubts.)
(*By 1/3 I mean LNF rates of between $50 and $60 when the original rate I reserved to qualify for the LNF was in the $160 range. By 1/2 I mean when I can only get between $80 and $90 through LNF in the same circumstance.)
