Thanks! Any other observations for Titanium members? Regarding free parking, is this indicated anywhere in print? Now if we could just get rid of those resort fees...

Free parking is not documented AFAIK. I read about it online on TA. When I checked in I didn't have to ask about it ... they mentioned it as a Titanium benefit and that my room key would simply work for the garage.

Any recent stay report? Planning to stay there for 3 days in mid-Aug. Trying to decide if it's worth it to apply SNAs or just wait for complimentary upgrade at check-in. Btw, does anyone have the concierge or GM email at this property?

I just booked an award stay, but it says SNAs are not eligible. Is this a new development?

with all due respect to the lurkers, but I can pretty much guarantee the answer is that room is already booked and none available for SNA which is a BS answer. SNA is not suppose to confirm at the time of request. One should be able to request it and then get denied later . Not being even able to request it puts it under the category of Illogical BS.

source: I got this answer from the lurkers more than once at different properties.

Do you use the app or desktop version? Sometimes they won't let me apply the SNAs on app but I was able to request it on desktop. Or sometimes you just have to try it again later on the app.

I'm holding a reservation here and it gives me the option to request an upgrade via app.

I have a reward booking for this hotel in Nov. I didn't realize at the time that the bedding configuration is 2 doubles and not Queen size. This won't work for our family of 4 (big kids). Is there any rooms that are in the base level that can accomodate a king and cot that allows for 4 people? I want to stay here but don't want to not sleep due to discomfort! FWIW I have Platinum status. I am also looking at the residence Inn, but the Sheraton is what I really want! Thanks.

Successfully used a SNA here and got a nice upgrade in the Moana Tower. Was told parking is only free for the first night. (Only stayed one night so did not inquire further). Breakfast benefit is now the continental choice on the menu for up to 2. If you want to get access to the buffet it is a $15 upcharge per person or $34 plus tax/tip for any additional guests. Buffet was pretty low quality (probably Sysco or similar) given the rate they are charging for rooms/food. Resort itself was nice. Not the best place to go if you like ocean swimming but the pool is large and more accessible.

I thought parking was still free for Titanium guests (and I see at least one tripadvisor review still mentioning this as of Jan 2023); did they really charge you for parking on the other nights?

Another review from November suggests free parking when self-parking, 27 usd a night with valet except for the first night.

The OP stated that he only stayed one night.

Any recent reports here on breakfast quality? What does the continental / plat breakfast come with?

Re: parking, have any plats received free parking?
