Nice! Do you have info of a GM or manager at the ITC Mughal?

Not true for all ITC as I had a Suite on this trip at the Mughal

Nice, I never got one as Platinum at least at Maurya or any of the ones in Mumbai.

ITC won't do upgrades for Bonvoy members really. Very difficult to get them.

There are some ITC properties that are notorious for not following the upgrade rules. ITC Grand Central being on top of that list. However, in general I have received suite upgrades at almost all other ITC properties.

Does ITC have their own program in addition to Bonvoy?

Any recent visitors to this hotel?
Just booked two nights here on points and interestingly the only room available for points redemption was,

Executive Club, Club level, Guest room, 1 Queen(s) or 2 Twins

this feels curious as I thought 'exec club' rooms were the more expensive option, not the cheapest points redemption option? Also it won't even allow me to apply my SNAs (NUAs) to this booking...
Anyway,
1. What is the pool scene / pool service like here? I'll be doing a good amount of R&R at this hotel so an inviting pool scene would be important
2. Does the club lounge here have evening drinks / canapes?
2. Some rooms look tiny in photos... Almost NYC size. Are the pics accurate? I hope my 'exec club' room is a step above these tiniest looking rooms
3. this hotel sounds like it has a decent spread of F&B outlets (Bukhara?) Any tips / suggestions on making the most out of these outlets would be appreciated

TIA!

No idea on the pool scene.
When we visited (pre-Covid) the lounge had drinks and canapes.
Room Sizes are ok, just look at the square footage in your room reservation.
Bukhara is great. Dum Phukt IMO is better and less crowded. The breakfast is weak compared to like JW Marriott Aerocity.
