First Quarter 2012 - Double Starpoints 10% off BAR Rate plus Free Pint of Beer (in Brewster's SIPS Award winner for Best Regional Beer List in the US) and Breakfast Buffet. We've got the program down. For some reason individual properties and hotel brands have over-analyzed and never implimented. Time to do away with check-in check-out times.

I would think scheduling housekeeping might be a nightmare. But, I am sure it can be done.

What happens to the Platinum late check out? Is that lost if a 24 hour room is requested?

We would extend the same four hour courtesy off of the end of their 24 hours if they need it. Great question BTW. Phil GM

If your park & stay rates were more consistent (sometimes the 14 is only offered, sometimes the 7 day costs more than the 14, etc.), I'd be back more often. Was impressed with the bathroom remodel on my last stay.

Thanks for the head's up on the Park & Fly rates. I just got off the phone with our Revenue Manager. They should be consistent for the day. They do go up and down based on seasons and demand (understanding that 7 days should never be less than 14 days).
