Does anyone have the concierge's email address or a general one? thanks!
|
Stayed here for four nights last week. Great location and consistent service.
Good breakfast, nice Gym and Pool. Rooms are functional and perfect for a business trip. The lounge offer in the evening is well spread and the lounge large enough to accommodate also a full house. Overall very happy again with this hotel |

I would prefer an email address for the Director of Rooms or the Front Office Manager or the Duty Manager, but I understand that beggars cannot be choosers ;-) . Why do hotels make it so hard to contact them via email? There was this one, but it is no longer active [email protected] . Maybe, they were bothered by the emails they were receiving. |
canael's request is a little dated, but for future reference, the email contacts we have for the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel are:

This hotel is still my go-to in SP. Had two stays over December 2022/Jan 2023, upgraded to a suite both times, exec lounge still fabulous, massive gym, clean rooms, honored 4pm late checkout both stays which is good for the evening departures back to the US. Really can't fault this hotel.
FYI - the lobby bar is being renovated / under construction, so there's a temp bar towards the back. |
Agree with the above. It’s an older hotel and the rooms, particularly the small shower, could use modernizing. Elevators are also terrible (half are always out of service). With that said, elite treatment is great!
Suite upgrades. Early/late check-in/-out. Excellent and large lounge. |
Last August, I did not have the same experience with the suite upgrade, as it took some convincing at the Front desk to be assigned to what they called a suite (Madison Suite, Club lounge access, Suite, 1 King, Corner room).
In my opinion, the lounge is nice, but only because of the view and, maybe, the staff. Here are 3 email addresses, to contact management at the property: Guest Service Manager (not the most or reliable manager) [email protected] Rooms Director (nice lady to talk to, but disappeared when I needed some help) ADRIANA.SEGUIN @ RENAISSANCEHOTELS.COM General Manager (very helpful and resourceful to resolve an issue that I had at the end of my 2nd stay) VANESSA.MARTINS @ RENAISSANCEHOTELS.COM |
Renaissance Sao Paulo Review
Check In Check in was quick and friendly.
|
Stayed recently for 4 nights, same experience as above, except I used my SNA to upgrade to the Stanford suite. It was quite nice with lots of room, but definitely felt a bit run down because of the hotel's age. The front desk people were very lovely and the walls were thick, plus the elevators were all operational.
One thing to note is that there is no central heating, so they had to bring me a small space heater. |
Booked here for four nights mid February. It will be my first time in Sao Paulo so would like to be as close to the main tourist attractions as possible.
How does the location of this hotel compare to the Sheraton WTC/Grand Hyatt for a first time tourist? |

Any issues with the wifi at this property?
Will need to work a bit and a stable zoom connection is essential. |

Renaissance location is the best you can have. Sheraton WTC/Grand Hyatt are not locating in the tourist area.
Thanks for sharing - planning for a fall 2024 trip; will be our first time to Sao Paulo. Seems the consensus is to stay at Renaissance? Shame at JW location isn't ideal for tourists... |
