Useless hotel number and call center
 
So I'm trying to modify a reservation - constant error on both the website and app. Can't do anything with the booking.

Try calling the hotel number - call quality is horrendous - can hear maybe half of every 3rd word the automated voice is speaking. Tried getting through the phone tree to speak to somebody - impossible.
Selecting 'reservations' ends up in either getting immediately disconnected, or going in circles because the system call center connectivity is broken.

Have seen that too. There had been times trying to modify a reservation, just kept getting errors. After some days of glitches, something automagically got fixed.

Too many times trying to call the hotel, trying to ask if the lounge is open and what hours, kept getting transferred or cut off, or can't get a firm answer. Sometimes can get an email, and get answers, but other times can't get an email addr or the email doesn't work.

For the website/app glitches I had not seeked the Lurkers help. For getting hotel emails, I had. In the past sometimes the email addresses are not valid, and recently they don't even give you the emails but want to just relay your question to them.

It makes it much harder to complain if you can't reach them, which I'm sure is exactly the way they like it!

I'm sure the franchisees have a hotline direct to the Chairman's office and an email address that's manned 24/7!!

Did you book directly with the hotel? That’s pretty rare. I’d call the general (Elite) reservation line and get it sorted.
