I stay at Leicester Marriott. About 35 nights a year. Probably 6 stays. Out of 6, 1 stay will post and always be 25% of what it should be. Clearly a problem at that hotel. Rarely have problems with the other hotels I use.

I am seeing delayed postings now as well. Five days for my last stay.

My last stay, which was in the US, took 3 days. Checked out on Thursday and stay posted on Sunday. That is inline with what I am typically seeing. YMMV...

I'm having a hell of a time with posting.

10 days, 15 days, no posting... and hotels like Grand Hotel (Alabama) don't even show in the drop-down.

It's such a hassle compared with other chains who either post instantly or at least acknowledge it's in progress (IHG).

I think you need to reacquaint yourself with what the term 'gaslighting' means.

All the poster did was try to be helpful and show you that the property in question does in fact show up...at no point did they make any derisive comments towards you or call you a liar...you 'gaslighted' yourself to that one all on your own.

The drop-down hotel list for filing Missing Stay complaints is not intuitive and sometimes requires some prodding. It can be necessary to try variations of hotel names, e.g. Marriott Birmingham vs. Birmingham Marriott, or even adding a "The" before the name in one case.

LMFAO okay nice try playying "the victim". Maybe you should go on some meds before you go a little crazy....

Was not in any way gaslighting or calling you a liar. Just simply SHOWING YOU it does indeed show up.
But for real...please seek help if you need it.

That was the craziest response I've seen here in a while...proving yet again, you can only help those that want to be helped. Those who want to just rant to strangers on the internet, well, that's what they will do!

I'm still waiting for mine as it's been a week (5 business days technically). I guess the issue is that my stay was part of a wedding block.

May be something more systemic. I'm waiting on nights to post from over a week ago for a 'normal' stay.

hopefully not as I'm a night away from reaching a new status tier and would really like that before I head on my next vacation next week.
