Four Points Doha, Qatar [Master Thread]
 

This Four Points punches above its weight. Here are my impressions and photos:

Pros:

• Upgraded to a Business Suite from a base room and placed on the top floor
• Great views of West Bay
• Living room couch was comfortable
• Bed was comfortable - medium slightly plush mattress, plush pillows, covers could be thicker but were fine for climate
• Shower pressure from the wand head was good
• Staff was friendly
• Good location walkable to Msheireb
• Large and fluffy towels
• They asked proactively about late checkout, but I did not need

Neutral:

• Breakfast - coffee was good, fresh pancake was good, omelet could be improved, food out on buffet was not hot enough

Cons:

• Not a whole lot

I would come back.

Yes, this is a very good FP. I only stayed one night after a very late night flight arrival, and in addition to the nice hard product, the staff also really went out of their way to make it a good experience; it was one if the most genuine “Elite recognition welcomes” that I ever experienced.

I almost felt bad that it was all a bit wasted on me because I only used it as a stepping stone to crash at 3am before moving elsewhere in town. Made a mental note to give them a bit more business in the future.
