I knew this existed, but have never stayed at a hotel that had it

MCI Marriott has had it for a few years, kinda nice at times.

"If the tracker is available at your hotel, you’ll see it listed with the amenities on the app. To use the tracker, you do have to be a member of Marriott’s loyalty program and book directly at Marriott or through a corporate travel manager—the service doesn’t extend to bookings made through online travel agencies."

Wow, never knew a shuttle tracker app. is offered. Guess I haven't stayed at a property that offers this service yet. Sure will be nice to take the guess work out of if a shuttle has been dispatched and how close it is for my pickup.

One also has to have wi-fi service or direct Internet access to use this. Fortunately, the free wi-fi at SFO is pretty good. I used the shuttle tracker for the SFO Westin / Aloft shuttle a few years ago. :tu:
