Did a recent 5 night stay here. Tried to apply NUA but they did not clear. I reached out to the hotel for transportation to/from the airport, which is really expensive considering how cheap taxis are on the island. I also pre arranged dinner reservations via guest services, which I also don’t think was necessary based on the how busy the restaurants were. I did enjoy my meals at the resort, including Akira Back and Eskama for dinner. The breakfast buffet meets brand standards with a good selection of hot/cold and a omelette station. The birds if sitting outside are super aggressive and will literally steal food off your plate if you are not paying attention.

The pools are split between adults upper level and family lower level, pool service is very good and food was prepared within 25-30 mins on very busy days. Expanding on a comment upthread, if you are going to spend money on the cabanas I recommend reserving numbers 1-4 which are in the sun the majority of the day. One comment I will make on Aruba in general is the wind is strong, which caused pool staff to close umbrellas several days. Not ideal if looking for some reprieve from the sun. Very annoying to have bags, food, clothing blow away or into the pool.

Gym had sufficient equipment and was empty everyday. The spa facilities are relatively small with a steam/sauna, the massage services were very good and priced inline with St Regis.

The kids club was small but useful, my 7 yr old did take some time out of the sun and watch a movie/eat popcorn for some time.

The casino is relatively small but was pretty busy after 8pm. One night they had a bingo game which I think drew in a lot of locals.

Every night I walked through the lobby there was live music playing at the St Regis bar, which was entertaining and inviting.

The location good and within walking distance to a lot of other resorts/watersports along the beach. A $15 USD taxi will get you downtown.

Overall, the resort has a nice hard product and service is on par for the brand. I would recommend and would return.
